Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services made available through the Bet Flip version of the Bet Flip website at betflipi.com.   • Website or Site: The online platform accessible at betflipi.com (including any subdomains, mobile or localized versions, and associated interfaces) through which the Operator offers gambling services.
  • Services: All products and functionality offered on the Website, including but not limited to casino games, slots, live casino, virtual games, bonuses, promotions, account services, and payment processing related to gambling.
  • User or Player: Any natural person who registers an account or otherwise uses the Services on betflipi.com, including users accessing the Bet Flip version from the UK.
  • Account: A personal user account registered in the name of a Player on the Website, used to access the Services and manage balances.
  • Bet or Wager: Any stake placed by a Player on the outcome of a game or event offered on the Website, whether using real money or eligible bonus funds.
  • Real Money Balance: The portion of a Player's Account balance that originates from deposits and any winnings derived from those deposits, which is not subject to active wagering requirements.

  • UK Player: A Player who is ordinarily resident in, or accessing the Services from, the United Kingdom.
  • Terms: These Terms and Conditions, together with any documents referenced in them (including the Privacy Policy, game rules, bonus rules, and payment rules), as amended from time to time.

Account Registration

Eligibility

  • Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old (or the higher legal age for gambling in your jurisdiction) to open an Account and use the Services. Account Security and Player Obligations

  • Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all information you provide during registration and throughout your relationship with the Operator is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. You must promptly update any changes (for example, a new address or email).
  • Password security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity carried out under your Account will be presumed to have been carried out by you. You must notify the Operator immediately if you suspect that your login details have been compromised.
  • Prohibition on third-party access: You must not permit any other person to use your Account or to place Bets on your behalf. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or closure.
  • Self-exclusion and limits: Where available on betflipi.com, you may set deposit, loss, or session limits and may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion. Note that UK-wide tools such as GAMSTOP do not automatically apply to the Services because the Operator is not UK-licensed.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Principles

  • Game rules: Each game or category of games may have its own rules, payout tables, and specific terms provided by the relevant game provider. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules applicable to that game.
  • Random number generators: Where applicable, game outcomes are determined by a random number generator (RNG) or equivalent mechanism. The Operator aims to ensure that RNG-based games operate fairly, in line with the technical standards required by its Curaçao licence, though such standards may differ from UK regulatory standards.
  • Time of acceptance: A Bet is deemed accepted only when it appears in your game or Account history and the server confirms registration. If a Bet is not confirmed due to technical error, it will not be considered valid.

Placing Bets

  • Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game has specific minimum and maximum stakes. These limits are displayed within the game or in the game rules. The Operator may adjust limits at any time and may impose account-specific limits where necessary.
  • Bet confirmation: Once you place a Bet and it is accepted by the system, you cannot usually cancel or change it. You should carefully review your Bet before confirming.
  • Currency and balance: Bets can only be placed if your Real Money Balance or eligible Bonus Funds are sufficient to cover the stake. Where currency conversion applies, conversion rates are determined by the payment processor or Operator and may include conversion fees.

Bet Cancellation and Settlement Errors

  • Obvious errors: If a Bet is accepted at an obviously incorrect price, odds, or configuration due to technical or human error (for example, a clearly wrong payout rate), the Operator reserves the right to void the Bet or to settle it at the correct terms that should have applied.
  • Interrupted games: If your connection is lost during a game, the outcome recorded on the Operator's servers will prevail. In many games, the round will complete on the server even if your screen freezes. You may review the result in your game or Account history.
  • Refunds: Where a game round is cancelled or voided due to system failure or malfunction, the stake for the affected Bet will generally be refunded to your Account. In such cases, you will not be entitled to any winnings that might have resulted from that round.

Live Casino, Chat and Conduct Rules

  • Respectful behaviour: When using live casino tables or chat functions, you must act respectfully toward dealers, staff, and other Players. Offensive, discriminatory, threatening, or abusive language or behaviour is strictly prohibited.
  • Prohibition of collusion and fraud: You must not engage in collusion, cheating, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes or other Players. Sharing of hole-card information, card counting where prohibited, or using bots or scripts to automate play is forbidden.
  • Use of chat: Chat may be monitored and recorded. The Operator may remove chat privileges, suspend, or close Accounts that misuse chat or otherwise disrupt the Services.

Prohibited Practices and Irregular Play

  • Irregular Play examples: Without limitation, the Operator may treat the following as Irregular Play in relation to Bonuses: (i) placing single large bets or very high-stake bets after a series of low-stake bets merely to exploit Bonus funds; (ii) low-risk or zero-risk betting strategies that guarantee a profit regardless of the outcome; (iii) deliberately delaying game rounds or exploiting technical glitches; (iv) using multiple Accounts or collaborating with others to meet wagering requirements.
  • Consequences: Where Irregular Play is identified, the Operator may remove Bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and return only the original deposit, or, in serious cases, close the Account. Any such decision should be reasonably justified and documented in the Account records.
  • Player information: If action is taken on the basis of Irregular Play, you may request an explanation and relevant Account history. The Operator will provide a reasoned response, subject to its legal and regulatory obligations.

Bonus Terms

Bonus Activation

  • Eligibility: Bonuses and promotions on betflipi.com are discretionary and may be offered to specific Players, markets, or versions of the Website, including the Bet Flip version. Not all offers are available to all Players.
  • Activation rules: Each Bonus has specific activation requirements, such as a minimum deposit, entry of a bonus code, or selection on the cashier page. The exact conditions appear in the relevant promotional description and form part of these Terms.
  • One active Bonus: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one Bonus can be active on your Account at any given time. Attempting to circumvent this rule may be treated as Irregular Play.

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

Combining Promotions and Bonus Cancellation

Payments & Withdrawals

Deposit Methods

  • Supported methods: The Website may support deposits via bank cards, e-wallets, vouchers, and cryptocurrency payment methods, subject to availability in your country and at the Operator's discretion.

Limits, Fees and Currency

Financial Risk and Safeguarding

  • No UK segregation regime: Player funds are held by a company registered in Curaçao and are not protected by the UK client funds segregation regime. In the event of the Operator's insolvency, there is a risk that some or all funds in your Account may not be recoverable.
  • Responsible gambling: Gambling involves financial risk and may lead to loss of money. You should only gamble with funds you can afford to lose. Limitation of Liability

Operator Obligations

  • Provision of Services: The Operator will use reasonable efforts to provide the Services in a fair, reliable, and secure manner consistent with its Curaçao licensing obligations and industry practice, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or freedom from errors.

  • Correction of errors: Where technical or human errors affect the settlement of Bets, the Operator may void affected Bets or adjust settlements to what should have occurred absent the error. Stakes may be refunded where appropriate.

Exclusions of Liability

  • Technical failures: The Operator is not liable for losses arising from failures or interruptions of telecommunication services, internet connectivity, hardware or software (including your own device), or third-party systems beyond its reasonable control.
  • Indirect and consequential loss: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profits, business, opportunity, or data arising in connection with your use of the Services.
  • Self-exclusion and third-party tools: The Operator is not responsible for your use of external self-exclusion tools (such as GAMSTOP) or third-party blocking software. Because the Operator is not UK-licensed, UK-wide self-exclusion schemes may not cover betflipi.com.

Limitation of Liability and Mandatory Rights

  • Monetary cap: Subject to mandatory law and except where otherwise stated, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with a particular Bet will not exceed the value of that Bet, and, in any event, will not exceed your net deposits made over the preceding six (6) months prior to the relevant incident.

Intellectual Property Rights

Ownership

  • Operator's content: All content on betflipi.com, including but not limited to software, source code, databases, graphics, text, logos, trade names, trademarks, audio and video clips, and user interfaces, is owned by or licensed to the Operator and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
  • Third-party content: Game content and platforms provided by third-party suppliers remain the intellectual property of those suppliers and are used under licence by the Operator.

Permitted Use

  • Limited licence: The Operator grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website and Services solely for personal entertainment and non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

  • Applicable laws: The Operator seeks to handle personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including, where relevant, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the UK GDPR, to the extent these laws apply to the Operator's activities.
  • Data processing purposes: Personal data may be processed for purposes including Account registration, provision of Services, KYC and AML checks, payment processing, security, customer support, marketing (where permitted), and regulatory reporting.
  • International transfers: Because the Operator is based in Curaçao, your data may be processed outside your country of residence. Appropriate safeguards will be considered where required by applicable law.

Changes to Terms

  • Right to amend: The Operator may amend or update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in law, regulatory requirements, technical developments, or business needs.
  • Notification of changes: Material changes will generally be communicated by posting an updated version of the Terms on betflipi.com and may also be notified by email, account message, or on-site banners or pop-ups, particularly for players using the Bet Flip version.
  • Effective date of changes: Unless otherwise stated, changes become effective on the date indicated in the updated Terms and will apply to all use of the Services after that date, including ongoing promotions where permitted by law.

Termination & Suspension

Termination by the Operator

  • Grounds for suspension or closure: The Operator may suspend or close your Account, and/or restrict your access to the Services, where it reasonably suspects or determines that: (i) you have breached these Terms; (ii) you are underage; (iii) you have provided false or misleading information; (iv) you have engaged in fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity; (v) you have engaged in Irregular Play; or (vi) this is required by law, regulation, or a regulatory authority.
  • Immediate action: In serious cases, including suspected fraud or criminal activity, the Operator may suspend your Account immediately and without prior notice while it investigates.
  • Funds on closure: On closure, the Operator will, subject to any legal or regulatory obligations, pay out any undisputed Real Money Balance to you after deducting any amounts owed. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements may be forfeited.

Termination by the Player

  • Account closure request: You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support through the channels specified on betflipi.com. The Operator may require verification before processing your request.
  • Withdrawal of remaining funds: Upon closure, you may request withdrawal of your available Real Money Balance, subject to any applicable verification checks, withdrawal limits, and fees.

Dormant Accounts

  • Dormancy definition: If you do not log into your Account or otherwise use the Services for a continuous period (for example, twelve (12) months), your Account may be classified as dormant.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • UK regulatory disclaimer: The Operator is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and has no physical presence in the UK. UK-specific regulatory protections do not apply to the Services on betflipi.com, including the Bet Flip version.

Dispute Resolution

  • Internal complaints process: If you have a complaint, you should first contact customer support using the details on betflipi.com, providing full information about the issue. The Operator will investigate and aim to respond within a reasonable time.
  • Regulator contact: The Operator states that it operates under a sublicence of Master Licence 1668/JAZ issued by Curaçao eGaming. Licence status may, where available, be checked via the official validator at https://verification.curacao-egaming.com. Curaçao eGaming can be contacted at info@curacao-egaming.com, but it is not recognised as a UK ADR body and is not obliged to intervene in individual player payout disputes.
  • No UK ADR: The Operator has not appointed any Alternative Dispute Resolution provider recognised under UK law. UK Players using betflipi.com therefore do not have access to UK ADR schemes for disputes arising from these Services.
  • Court jurisdiction: Subject to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer laws, any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao.
